Activision y Neversoft han difundido una lista de 24 canciones que aparecerán en el juego. Esta lista obviamente no está completa, ya que hace tiempo confirmaron que el juego tendría más de 80 canciones, además de todas las descargables que ya tuvieramos en la memoria de la consola en el caso de tener Guitar Hero World Tour.
Os recordamos que el juego finalmente no saldrá en otoño, si no el próximo 1 de septiembre, tanto en USA como en Europa, muy seguramente para competir contra Beatles RockBand, que saldrá a la venta el 9 de ese mismo mes.
